Baby Scanning Aberdeen utilises the advanced GE Voluson S8 ultrasound machine, 2022 model.
When selecting a baby scanning clinic, it is recommended to inquire about the equipment used. Less established and quieter clinics run on old models.
As our patient volumes are high and we operate 5 days/week we have always required the best equipment. We require an ultrasound system that enables us to deliver truly exceptional images – confidently and efficiently – every time. The GE Voluson S8 ultrasound system is designed to keep pace with busy practices with ease and precision. The premium image quality of the GE Voluson S8 combined with access to advanced capabilities, delivers a high level of performance.

Went for a few scans here, the service is always very pleasant and they always try to ensure you are seen on time. My little one was born last week and everything from the gender to the average ultrasound age was bang on/HM
We had a great experience, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed, felt relaxed and had great communication with both ladies. They respected our wishes to not see our gender and we cannot wait to come back for a more detailed scan. Highly recommend.KM
Highly recommend!! Had such a lovely experience getting my gender reveal scan at baby scanning in Newton Mearns. Lots of time was taken to go through everything as they were doing my scan, it was a nice relaxed environment and I felt totally at ease.RG
